Where Is the Dow Jones Today?

We are not financial planners trying to get you to buy any securities or charge you fees. With the Dow Jones flat for TEN years, you likely have grown tired of that song. We are a mastermind of investors that have found an answer your will benefit to consider. Collectively we have some of the brightest minds on our team investigating opportunities for the individual investor to earn the best kind of income possible: TAX-FREE income through investing in Real Estate using a Roth IRA. We have experience in single family, multi-unit, tax liens, short sales, foreclosures and the list goes on.

Starting in 2010, the existing $100,000 income test for converting a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA will no longer apply. Conversions that occur in 2010 will be able to have half of the taxable converted amount taxed in 2011 and the other half taxed in 2012. (On May 17, 2006, President Bush signed the Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005 into law.

This tax bill included a provision dealing with conversions of traditional IRAs to Roth IRAs.) Since Roth conversions increase tax revenues, it seems unlikely that the previous income ceiling will be reinstated anytime soon.

Arguably one of the best financial planning gifts has NOW been given to ALL of us with the advent of the new Roth IRA rules.

  • The Solution is Performing Real Estate

Although relatively unknown, savvy baby boomers and the like have been acquiring real estate within their IRAs for over 25 years.

The largest IRA custodian can proudly claim over 120,000 clients with over $8 Billion under management!

An IRA – Individual Retirement Account is a holding mechanism of sorts. It can hold virtually any product from an individual stock, mutual fund, or bond, to interest in an LLC or gold, or even better performing real estate. After speaking in front of over 50,000 people over the last 7 years many are searching for financial independence, but mistakenly measure it in net worth. When I finally get $XX I’ll be set.

The colorful Jim Cramer played right into that Mindset with his latest book: Getting back to EVEN. Friends, who really wants EVEN?

Have you noticed as you grow older you are losing your affinity for risk? It isn’t the net worth, but rather the monthly income. For the average American, structuring $100,000 of tax-free income seems impossible, it isn’t…

  • The Solution is Performing Real Estate

An IRA is usually held as some sort of financial custodian. I.E. Schwab, Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, etc. We understand that they will develop a financial ‘solution’ or ‘plan’ for you rich in commissionable products based upon a theory that the market will rise over time. No disrespect as they mean well and have laid out many an upside-down brochure to families looking for a solution. Our economy has never retired 76 Million baby boomers at the same time (asking for their Social Security checks simultaneously) as well as paid for their healthcare at once (Medicare.)

  • Is it possible for the market to go flat for another 10 years, no one in their right mind can afford that…

An IRA is then transferred over (no penalty or fees) to a custodian that has the infrastructure to hold real estate inside one’s IRA. Once there, the IRA can hold performing real estate, by and large single-family homes for their low risk and low vacancies. If aligned with the right real estate investment company, the home will have already been rehabbed, come with a tenant in place, and have a property management company with great referrals to keep it rented.

Many rents range from 12-18% of the purchase price – paid MONTHLY!

  • Let me get this straight: One can own already performing real estate in their IRA or even better their Roth IRA and earn the rent tax free and not worry about the stock market?
  • YES!
